Hearts of artichockes, tomatoe and green peas

Just an idea for a hot day. I took a few hearts of artichockes. I cut a tomatoe, put salt and freshly grounded pepper on it. I took canned peas, drained them, put them in a little bowl, added salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamico. Finish. I toasted a white bread.

It is a quick meal for a hot day.

Take the time to arrange the food a little bit. The food and you are worth it.
