Potatoes with a cucumber-tomatoe salad

I wanted to go out for dinner. But I am happy that I didn't go out. I had everything at home for a dinner:

The salad: I cut a tomatoe into wedges. I peeled the cucumber and cut it in very thin slices with a grater. I added salt, pepper, a little bit sugar, 2 tablepoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons white whine vinegaer, chives. Mix well. Finished.

Potatoes: I cooked potatoes. I put them in water and cooked them. I didn't peel it. I was too lazy and it is healthier to eat the skin if the skin is not too thick. To put the potatoes into the water was my first step, because it needs some time till the potatoes are soft.

I ate the potatoes with vegan margarine. It is a simple meal, but very good as well.
