Salad: Frisee and pepper


Saturday is shopping day. After shopping I'm hungry, but too lazy to prepare something time-consuming.

Here is an easy salad:
You need a frisee lettuce, 2 peppers, 1 small onion, 2 spoons of olive oil, 2 spoons of estragon vineagre, salt and pepper to taste.

I ate it with a slice of bread with soy margarine.

How to do it: Wash the salad and cut it in little pieces, cut the peppers and the onion. Prepare the sauce. If you want to do it the good way prepare it in an extra pot and then pour it over the salad. I often use the quick way and put everything in the large bowl. It is very important to mingle everything carefully.

Easy and fresh. It is also a basic meal.
