A sandwich with tomatoes

The situation: I was very busy and I didn't like to spend much time on cooking:

I cut a few cocktail tomatoes and one large tomatoe. I gave salt and pepper on it. On the piece of bread I put soy margarine, vegan champignongs pastete and French Diijon mustard. After that light meal I had an Earl Grey tea with sugar.

Fast and vegan.
