Creative summer salad

Ingredients: Take a lettuce, cocktail tomatoes, mushrooms, pees and pepper. Cut all in small pieces and put it in a bowl.
The sauce consists of Dijon mustard, best olive oil, white wine vineger, salt and pepper.
That's all. Mix well.
It's simple and good and due to the Dijon mustard it has a French touch. With garlic it would have been even better. But tomorrow is Monday another working day and not everybody likes the smell of garlic.

A vegan breakfast - mango with soy milk

This morning I put a ripe mango into the blender. I added soy milk, but not too much as I wanted to have the drink rather creamy. That was it. It was fresh and delicious and vegan.
