Ribbon noodles in white wine sauce with mushrooms and parsley

Ingredients for the sauce:
1 onion,
mushrooms for 2 people
parsley
pepper
a vegetable broth cube
white wine (a dry one)
Noodles: ribbon noodles
Salad: Field salad with olive oil and white wine vinegar (double as much oil as vinegar!) Mix well and prepare first in order to prepare stress.
Put the water for the noodles on the oven.
Heat oil in a pan and put the cut onion in it. When glassy add the mushroom (cut in slices). It is usually necessary to add more olive oil then. After a while add the wine (as much wine as much sauce you like to have). Add a vegetable broth cube and pepper and then let it simmer. At least add the parsley and mix.
Then it is time for the noodles. Give them in the boiling water. When they are al dente, the sauce should be ready, too.
The remaining white wine is good with this meal, so buy a good one.
Enjoy....

As a final point , permit me thank you for your patience with my English as (I am sure you have become aware this at this moment ,), English is not my chief language therefore I am using Google Translate to build out what to jot down what I truly have in mind to state.
