Fennel apple salad

1 fennel
1 sweet-sour apple (important)
fresh dill
Olive oil, double as much as rice vinegar (I used my salad cutlery to measure it).
Half a citron

I cut fennel and apple in very thin slices. I used a grater. Then I added the other ingredients. Ready.

And how to make a meal out of it: Water or white wine fits best. I had olive bread with it.
As a desert dried pineapple are good, or a vanilla soy pudding.
