Light summer lunch



It's warm here now, a real summer day, 28° Celsius. I don't want to eat warm anymore.
A salad is perfect for hot days.

Three ingredients are usually enough to prepare something exciting: I took rucola, a red pepper and mushrooms. The dressing existed of olive oil and white wine vinegar. (Take double as much olive oil than vinegar). I had 2 slices of olive bread with it.
Beverages: water.

Dessert: I cut strawberries. Then I put soy chocolate pudding over it that I had bought yesterday. It's worth to decorate a bit. The eyes also want to see a beautiful meal. I put 1 strawberry on top.

Yeah, I loved it and I feel full. It's an easy and quick meal.
