Salad and dessert




Perhaps this blog becomes a proof that it is easy to eat vegan.

I prepared a salad for myself: green lettuce leaves, a few mushrooms and tomatoes and fresh basil leaves. The dressing was French inspired: olive oil, red wine vinegar and hot mustard. I poured the dressing over the ingredients. (It's probably better to mix.)
I had bread to the salad (carbohydrates).

Dessert: Blueberries with vanilla soy pudding. The variations with this soy pudding and fruit are endless.

This little menu is prepared very quickly. It was delicious.
