Healthy at 100

I bought the book "Healthy at 100" by John Robbins. I want to  read some facts, even though the contents is not so incredible new to me:

More and more people become 100. To stay healthy as long as possible is the wish.
What to do?
1. follow a plant-based diet.
2. move your body
3. have good company
