A classic lunch, salad and a sandwich

Mustard, my new passion. I mix it with the salad sauce and I put it on my sandwich. This is a classic lunch, a quick one: a German bread with soy margarine and a vegan spread. I prepared a simple salad with lettuce, red pepper, cocktail tomatoes and cucumber.

Yesterday I had vanilla pudding with rasperies.

When saying that I'm vegan, many people ask: And what do you eat?
The alternatives to meat and milk products are numerous.
