Dinner for one

It's asparagus time.
It's strawberry time in June.

The dressing is interesting, Asian inspired:
1 garlic clove
2 spring onions
2 spoons rice vinegar
1 spoon soy sauce
2 table spoon brown sugar
1 spoon peanut oil
2 table spoon sesema oil

I put some cocktail tomatoes next to the green asparagus. It's for the eyes.

Dessert: Strawberries with chocolate soy pudding.

It's a astute, simple and delicious.
