Day 18

My breakfast with tiny variations. Today I had the soy yogurt and "popped Amaranth" with strawberries.

Vegetables (what was in the fridge) and an Asian sauce........

Day 11

1. Breakfast as usual
2. During the day "bread and spread"
3. Thai restaurant in the evening: something with vegetables and tofu. 

Day 10

Breakfast as usual: Fruit with soy yogurt, "popped Amaranth", few nuts
Lunch: Bread and spread
Dinner: We were out in an Italian restaurant.
- The starter was simple. It was something fresh. At home my vinegar is much better. It was a bit sour there.
- The main course was with vegetables. It was all very oily. The noodles swam in olive oil. If one cooks by oneself, one becomes critical.
