Day 10

Breakfast as usual: Fruit with soy yogurt, "popped Amaranth", few nuts
Lunch: Bread and spread
Dinner: We were out in an Italian restaurant.
- The starter was simple. It was something fresh. At home my vinegar is much better. It was a bit sour there.
- The main course was with vegetables. It was all very oily. The noodles swam in olive oil. If one cooks by oneself, one becomes critical.
